Verse Technologies reserves the right to moderate, refuse, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Reviews are typically published within two to four business days, but review approval times may vary.

If a submitted review is rejected for violating these guidelines, the customer may be notified and may have the opportunity to submit a revised review.

Once a review is published, it cannot be edited by the customer, though Verse Technologies may remove reviews that violate these policies.

All reviews remain the responsibility of the individual author.

Verse Technologies reserves the right to respond publicly to customer reviews and may contact customers directly regarding their feedback as part of our customer service efforts.
